Feb 23-25
Jaffa, where I spent my first two nights, is an ancient city on the Mediterranean (my first look at in since 1979) and now a multicultural village at the southern edge of Tel Aviv. The pic below is from a gallery showing Palestinian artists. In Jaffa I spent a nice evening with friends of a cousin who've been in Israel since 1955, and who have become passionate about ensuring social justice for Palestinians.
